It has beautiful facilities, from an 8x seat authentic Asian restaurant (Nom) with its own Japanese chef who can provide a Nobu/Hakkasan-like experience, to the 12x seat French brasserie with its Parisian chef, or the larger beautiful Italian terrace for fresh pizzas or a gourmet meal by Claudio and his team as you enjoy the spectacular view, or come to the railway carriage restaurant (32 seats) for a special dinner for your guests by top award winning local chef Ian Orr. All can be booked in advance and special requests are our speciality.
If your guests wish they may book the writing/recording studio, or take out a kayak or paddleboard in the bay at our boathouse, and you can even book a screening of your favourite classic movie at the 22x seat cinema.
Enjoy a sundowner drink at the boathouse overlooking the bay, cocktails at the tiki hut, or round off the evening in the most wonderful Irish pub you’ve ever seen, which looks like a ruined galleon half stuck in the hill.
Book a barbeque and salsa evening at the beach shack, which is a Caribbean home from home, and the most relaxed venue of them all.
